Durham Hill Farm is a gorgeous new wedding venue in historic and beautiful Bucks County, Pennsylvania.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Durham Hill, owned by Elizabeth and Kevin Roberts, just began hosting weddings this spring. They offer vintage rentals, such as this featured 1923 Ford Model TT Farm Truck, farm tables and distinctive and wonderfully eclectic plank bottom chairs.\u00a0 The barn was built in 1812 as a dairy barn, and is one of Bucks County\u2019s most historic stone bank barns. The farm and property date back to 1700.<\/span><\/p>\n

This Styled Shoot features not only a new wedding venue but blends the historic with what is currently trending in weddings. Elegant meets rustic is the theme. A rich color palette of jewel tones featuring deep purples, reds and pinks. And gold! Gold mercury glass on one of the huge farm tables, gold dusted grapes, blueberries and blackberries on the cake. Red grapes mixed in with the lush floral centerpieces.<\/span><\/p>\n

The models are Lindsay and Michael, and they are engaged and planning their wedding for March of 2018. This is their engagement shoot as well as a Styled Shoot featuring this new wedding venue and these wonderful vendors.<\/span><\/p>\n

The bride wore a wedding gown featuring a lace detachable jacket and long veil. Lace has become popular, as have long veils. Strapless is still in style, though an off-the-shoulder strap or a cap sleeve is popular, as is illusion.\u00a0The groom wore a navy blue tux with a black lapel. Navy, black and dark grey are trending fall colors for menswear.<\/span><\/p>\n

Staging with vintage furniture is a huge trend. We incorporated a sage green settee, gold candelabra and end tables. Durham Hill provides the huge farm tables and the eclectic mix of cool vintage chairs.<\/span><\/p>\n
