After the wedding ceremony, while the bride and groom are mingling and enjoying their family and friends, I am looking for candid moments. I find the hour prior to the start of the reception, the cocktail hour, to be a good time to catch some unplanned moments to photograph. I saw the light from a nearby window beautifully illuminating this mother and child.
