APPROACH

My approach is rooted in photojournalism, as I’ve worked as a photojournalist for newspapers in Kansas, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Because I come from a photojournalism background, I photograph your day as it naturally unfolds. I have an innate ability to document the spontaneous moments which happen throughout your day, from the soft touch of a hand, the brush of hair, the loving smile, the glint and sparkle in the eye.

I’m inspired by pockets of light and use the interplay of light and shadow in my images as well as interesting angles and backgrounds. I’m always looking for those moments of genuine emotion. I create stunning photographs with both natural light and off-camera flash.

I pride myself on giving my clients uncompromising coverage by also recording those special details, beautiful portraiture and family photos, ensuring that no part of your unforgettable wedding day is forgotten.

It feels amazing to do what I love.

It’s important to me to have a strong connection with each of my couples. I’d like to know about you and your forever partner. How did you meet? What do you love to do together? What is your idea of the perfect day? Who are the important people in your life? Knowing your passions, interests and inspirations helps me photograph your true self and create images that resonate with authenticity and honesty.

I also believe you’ll be able to see and feel the ease and trust in your photographs from that connection. Your story deserves to be lensed by a photographer who understands what makes your relationship unique.

I'll help design your wedding day timeline, so your dream day effortlessly unfolds and you enjoy every moment. Your wedding day is one of the most treasured events in your life, full of emotions, of both scripted and unscripted moments. Sharing your vision and knowing your story will allow me to create an emotionally rich narrative of a special time in your life.

Travel back to that magical day through my lens; let me tell your story and make it everlasting.

I’d love to tell your story next!
