Durham Springs Weddings

Unique and upscale, Durham Springs weddings are relaxed and refined experiences. A beautifully maintained property, it is well-suited for those who love impeccable service and a mid-century modern vibe. As a preferred photographer for this Landmark Hospitality venue, I love photographing celebrations here and know the best locations and best times of day to capture exceptional photos.

History of Durham Springs

On 30 acres of forest, gardens, and woodland, Durham Springs was once known as Cascade Lodge, a scenic and beloved Bucks County landmark. The historic 1730s farmhouse has been transformed into a premier wedding and event center in Durham Township.

The Grand Ballroom

Elegant and airy, with lots of natural light and views of the surrounding countryside, this special property offers a romantic and enchanting feel and experience. The main ballroom for Durham Springs weddings can hold 175 guests and coordinates perfectly with any color scheme you choose.

Ceremony & Reception Options

Ceremonies can be held outside on the rolling lawns as well as in their 3 indoor spaces, and Landmark Hospitality will let you customize your ceremony and timeline. There are also smaller spaces for entertaining that include a bar, wine cellar and dining room. Reception menus are created from ingredients that are locally sourced for a superb farm-to-table experience.

Durham Springs can accommodate up to 70 guests in their Cascade Suite, around 150 in their Durham Suite and nearly 300 in their Barn. And the site offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor ceremony options.
