A Landmark Hospitality property, the Ryland Inn was built in 1796 and was once a country home and also a stagecoach stop. The Grand Ballroom combines the ambiance of a country farmhouse with some modern flair, with stunning 30-foot windows and a magnificent stone fireplace that mixes beautifully with the glow and sparkle of six chandeliers. It's refined country elegance at its best, complete with a private courtyard that includes outdoor bars, lounging and fire pits.
The Coach House is a refurbished 200-year-old barn with exposed wood beams and elegant chandeliers. The original silo and pieces from the original barn are incorporated into this unique and dramatic event space. The charm is authentic, and there are separate spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception. It has whitewashed ceilings with dark wood beams, Italian porcelain floors and French doors as well as the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and can accommodate 200 guests. There are additional outdoor spaces with multiple fire pits and a private bar. Great for cocktail hour or an after party in a picturesque setting.
There are several accommodation options, with The Hayloft Cottage, The Pelham House and The Kimblewick House. The Hayloft Cottage is a single level space with a large bedroom, a luxurious bathroom, large living room with sofas and flat screen TV plus a brick outdoor patio with seating.
The Pelham House has five bedrooms in total, with one bedroom and private bathroom, game room, open kitchen area, dining room with seating, large living room with sofas and flat-screen TV and stone outdoor patio with seating. Four bedrooms, all with flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms, along with a barber shop area, are located on the second floor.
The Kimblewick House also has a total of five bedrooms, with a first floor bedroom with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom, a large living room and an open kitchen area with appliances plus a dining room with seating. On the second floor you will find four bedrooms all with flat-screen TV's and private bathrooms, and a beauty room that has stations for hair and make-up.
